1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to own and possess firearms and firearm components in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and current.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account.

3. User Content

The Service allows you to create, upload, and share content — including builds, parts, gear, images, comments, and metadata (collectively, “User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it to the Service you grant My Arms Builder a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the rights necessary to grant the license above. We may remove any User Content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any federal, state, or local law.

5. Firearms Disclaimer

My Arms Builder is an informational and organizational tool. We do not sell firearms, ammunition, or regulated components, and we do not facilitate any transfer of regulated items. Information on the Service — including build configurations, compatibility notes, pricing, and purchase links — is provided by users and third parties and is not verified by us. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any build, modification, purchase, or use of firearms complies with all applicable laws and manufacturer guidelines. Always consult a qualified professional before assembling or modifying a firearm.

6. Affiliate Links and Third-Party Sites

The Service may contain links to third-party retailers. Some of these links may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you make a purchase through them at no additional cost to you. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MY ARMS BUILDER AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold My Arms Builder harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, by other means. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which My Arms Builder is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction.
